Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist, located in the Karachi Division. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales, analyzing customer data, providing excellent customer service, and communicating with stakeholders. The specialist will also handle tasks related to e-commerce operations.

Job Description:

  • Manage product listings on Shopify – upload, update, and optimize product details, images, and pricing.
  • Handle product data & CSV files – bulk uploads, catalog updates, and ensuring data accuracy across the platform.
  • Support e-commerce operations – coordinate with the team to maintain an updated catalog, troubleshoot listing issues, and ensure smooth online store management.
  • Monitor product performance – track sales, inventory levels, and listing analytics to recommend optimizations for better conversions.
  • Ensure SEO and content accuracy – update product titles, descriptions, and tags for improved search visibility and user experience.

  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Karachi Division
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus
