About Us

AlamCh Trading Inc. is a growing small company located in Toronto, Canada and part of group of companies dedicated to delivering exceptional services and products to its clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper with advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO) to manage our day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support compliance with CRA requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank/credit card reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Record and categorize financial transactions, including credit card expenses, credits, and payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger and chart of accounts.
  • Generate and analyze monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
  • Monitor accounts receivable collections and accounts payable schedules.
  • Maintain organized financial records and support audit requests if required.
  • Ensure adherence to ASPE/GAAP standards and company accounting policies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience in a professional services or small business environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO), including bank feeds, reconciliation, reports, and multi-user environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and reconciliations.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Diploma/Certificate in Accounting or Bookkeeping.
