About the role
As a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Dev, you will be responsible for collaborating with the client /end business and the technology teams; is responsible for implementing large Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce projects; is client-focused, team-oriented, and with exceptional communication skillsEssential Functions
Plan, configure and implement D365 Commerce for our clients• Employ your knowledge of business processes and D365 Commerce to develop solutions Create Business process work-though, functional requirements documents and functional design documents for in-scope functionalityBe the interface between our clients and our development & quality engineering teams – providing clarification to queries that arisePerform user acceptance testing of the functional requirements of the system and business processesYou will participate in the setup and execution of project workflows
• Managing and building client relationships is your foremost responsibilityYou will plan, prioritize, and create a project planYou will be a team player with strong communication skills and proactively contribute to team discussions
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience as Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 / Dynamics AX in Retail module; with at least 3 years of expertise in Dynamics 365 CommerceMust have performed at least two full lifecycle implementations of D365 Commerce / AX 2012 Retail implementationsHands on experience in the Retail/Commerce and e-Commerce industry with a sound understanding of the value flow within ERP systemsGood at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectationAbility to manage requirements/scope and risks appropriatelyAbility to identify risks, issues, find solution and plan/mitigate/resolve themExperience of rollouts, deployments, upgradeExperience of setting up new stores, store migrationsExperience of code / fix push to MPOS and CPOSExperience of configuration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, customer display, scanners, hardware stationGood exposure to Finance & SCM domains and Retail industry knowledgeAbility to build the necessary test artifacts to test the functionality of the modules deployedGood presentation and communication skills Create end-user documentationPlan and implement user onboarding and support post onboarding hyper careWork with a global team and guide them with issue resolution Additional Information- Knowledge of Azure
- Knowledge of integration with other ERP / business systems
- Knowledge of Project Management
- Knowledge of SQL to write a basic query
