About the Role:

We're looking for

who are passionate about business growth, technology, and communication. As a
Growth Specialist
, you'll play a key role in generating leads, doing LinkedIn outreach, and supporting our global sales and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach to potential clients and partners (daily activity required).
  • Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and engagement.
  • Support the business development team with lead generation campaigns.
  • Track outreach results and maintain records using CRM tools.
  • Assist in content creation for outreach and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve response rates and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable using

    and other digital tools.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
