Role Description

As a full-time Junior Upwork Bidder, you will handle the daily tasks of crafting compelling bid proposals, managing client communications, and maintaining project documentation. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities on Upwork. This on-site role is located in Lahore District.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in crafting bid proposals and client communications
  • Ability to manage project documentation and follow-up processes
  • Knowledge of Upwork bidding strategies and familiarity with its platform
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Prior experience in freelancing or client relationship management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
