Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Taxation & Compliance, located in Lahore. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing tax compliance processes, preparing tax returns, and ensuring timely filing and payment of taxes. The role also involves conducting tax research, handling audits and assessments, and ensuring adherence to tax regulations. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing tax-efficient strategies and providing guidance on tax-related matters.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Tax Compliance and Tax Return Preparation
  • Experience in conducting Tax Research and handling Tax Audits
  • Knowledge of Tax Regulations and Tax Planning
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) is a plus
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
