We're Hiring: Business Growth Lead (EdTech Sector)

At Elements Learning (EL), we are reshaping how schools in Pakistan experience teaching and learning through our innovative Math Labs, Science Labs, ECE Centers, and publications. Already impacting 100+ schools nationwide, we are now seeking a Business Growth Lead to scale our reach, drive sales, and build strong institutional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to position EL as a leader in K-12 education solutions.
  • Drive sales and partnerships with schools, institutions, and educational stakeholders.
  • Design and manage campaigns (digital and on-ground) that resonate with educators, parents, and policymakers.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth in the edtech sector.
  • Represent EL at conferences, exhibitions, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, business development, or growth (preferably in edtech).
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles with schools and institutions.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with a growth mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
