Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the company's market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving sustainable business growth across local and international markets.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to achieve growth targets.
 - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
 - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
 - Analyze customer portfolios to identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
 - Create and test innovative business concepts and sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
 - Track and manage the complete sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.
 - Evaluate financial data and develop strategies to improve profitability and reduce costs.
 - Support branding, marketing, and promotional initiatives including campaigns and digital media activities.
 - Monitor and analyze budgets, sales performance, and business outcomes to provide recommendations for continuous growth.
 - Maintain a comprehensive database of clients, leads, proposals, and business activities.
 - Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
 
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
 - Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
 - Proven record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.
 - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 - Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
 - Experience with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital BD tools.
 - Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
 - Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
 - Experience with international markets and client engagement will be an added advantage.
