Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Manager located in Karachi Division. The Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the call center, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing a team of call center agents, and analyzing performance metrics. The role includes setting performance goals, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring effective communication within the team.
