We seek a highly organized and structured Jr Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will deliver projects on scope, time, budget, and quality, primarily focusing on project management in an agile environment. Your role will involve coordinating and managing projects simultaneously, collaborating closely with technical teams, and possibly engaging with the sales team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered on scope, time, budget, and quality, following agile methodologies and best practices.

2. Structured Thinking: Apply a highly structured approach to work, communication, and thinking to bring order to chaotic projects in uncertain environments. Develop clear project plans, timelines, and documentation.

3. Multi-Project Management: Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining the highest level of organization and efficiency.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with the hiring manager, technical teams, and sales teams to ensure seamless project execution. Potential involvement in client communication, depending on the project.

5. Requirements Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and translate them into detailed technical tasks.

6. Jira and Documentation: Effectively manage Jira, ensuring all tasks and issues are well-maintained. Write comprehensive project documentation.

7. Capacity Planning: Plan project capacities and timelines to optimize resource allocation and maintain project schedules.

8. Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, proactively addressing issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor's or master's degree in project management, IT, computer science, business, or a related field.

2. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of mid-level seniority experience in roles such as managing software project teams, Product Management, Scrum Master, or similar, with proficiency in Jira and Confluence considered advantageous.

3. Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), web development, app development, cloud technologies, and infrastructure is desirable.

4. The candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs240, Rs250,000.00 per month
