Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Project Head located in Islamabad.APH will be reporting Project Head. Able to build his own team. Of senior managers , managers and consultants. His primary focus will be managinv team, trainings, site visits, cleint meeting, megotiatons and closings. A hard core target oriented individual is required. Msut be able to maintain the static cash in and cash flow for the project. Islamabad/ rawalpindi / peshawer market experince will be preferred.

Qualifications

  • Project management and planning skills
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and manage risks effectively
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Relevant experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
