Position Title: Head of Marketing

Location: Pakistan (Islamabad I-8)

About the Company:

Sheikh Saleem Group of Companies is a diversified organization with business ventures spanning Fine Dining Restaurants, Fast Food Chains, Retail Outlets in Pakistan, Vape E-commerce in Dubai, and Nouba Real Estate in Dubai. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategies and teams across all business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for all group projects (Restaurants, Retail, E-commerce, Real Estate).
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and business objectives.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and positioning strategies.
  • Manage the overall marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across projects.

Digital Marketing & Advertising:

  • Oversee all digital marketing campaigns including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Influencer Collaborations.
  • Ensure strong ROI-driven campaigns for both local (Pakistan) and international (Dubai) businesses.
  • Supervise social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) ensuring engaging content and brand presence.
  • Drive online traffic, conversions, and lead generation for E-commerce and Real Estate projects.

Brand Management & Communication :

  • Develop strong brand identities for each business under the group umbrella.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and regions.
  • Plan PR campaigns, events, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.

Team Leadership & Collaboration :

  • Build, train, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, sales, and product teams to align marketing with overall business objectives.
  • Work directly with creative agencies, production houses, and freelancers to execute campaigns.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting :

  • Set KPIs and performance metrics for all campaigns and team members.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide monthly/quarterly performance reports to management.
  • Suggest continuous improvements and innovative marketing techniques.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Master's / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of proven experience in Marketing, preferably with exposure to Restaurants, Retail, E-commerce, and Real Estate sectors.
  • Strong command over Digital Marketing Tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, SEO/SEM tools).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Experience in handling cross-border projects (Pakistan & UAE markets) will be a strong advantage.
