Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Islamabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for overseeing and driving the sales team to achieve targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and ensuring transparent and efficient property transaction processes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market analysis, and sales, and providing professional customer support.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales strategy development and team management
  • Strong knowledge of Comparative Market Analysis, Total Market Overview
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiating skills
  • Experience in providing customer support and maintaining client relationships
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
