We are looking for a DevOps Guru with strong experience in deploying and managing high-load clusters. This is a full-time, in-house role in Lahore where you'll work on real-world, mission-critical projects.

What You'll Do
Architect, deploy, and manage high-availability, high-load clusters using microservice architecture and load balancing strategies.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and automated deployments.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize large-scale distributed systems to ensure peak performance.

Manage infrastructure as code with tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

Set up and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).

Implement backup, disaster recovery, and failover processes.

Collaborate with development teams to support zero-downtime releases.

Ensure security compliance and conduct periodic system audits.

Requirements
3+ years of experience as a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer.

Proven track record of deploying and managing high-load clusters.

Strong expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.

Solid background in Linux system administration.

Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline).

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP a plus).

Strong scripting/automation skills (Bash, Python, Go, etc.).

Familiarity with databases and caching systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).

Understanding of networking, load balancers, proxies, and security best practices.

Nice to Have
Experience with multi-region deployments.

Exposure to real-time platforms in cricket, banking, or e-commerce.

Familiarity with serverless and event-driven architectures.
