We are now hiring a Director of Accounts – Strategic & Enterprise Clients to strengthen our senior leadership and support our expanding portfolio across aviation, hospitality, tech, government, retail, and creative industries.
Role Overview
The Director of Accounts will lead our strategic client partnerships, owning the full lifecycle of enterprise accounts and driving commercial, operational, and creative excellence across multi-disciplinary programs.
You will serve as the primary senior relationship lead, ensuring every engagement delivers measurable value, operational clarity, and Identifiable's standard of excellence.
This role requires a balance of strategic advisory, commercial management, cross functional leadership, and high level client credibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Leadership & Strategic Advisory
• Serve as the senior point of contact for enterprise and strategic accounts.
• Lead annual planning, business reviews, and long term partnership roadmaps.
• Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable creative, strategic, and technical programs.
• Provide guidance on branding, digital transformation, marketing strategy, immersive experiences, and content ecosystems.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, expansion, and value creation within client portfolios.
2. Account Growth & Commercial Ownership
• Manage revenue forecasting, profitability, and account level financial performance.
• Lead cross service upsell and expansion conversations (strategy, creative, animation, digital, product, and audio).
• Develop proposals, SoWs, contract renewals, and pricing strategies.
• Ensure enterprise accounts receive proactive recommendations and quarterly growth initiatives.
3. Project & Delivery Oversight
• Oversee planning and execution of multi disciplinary projects, from brand identity to animation, platform builds, retail experiences, and campaigns.
• Support project managers and creative leads in ensuring deadlines, budgets, and KPIs are met.
• Resolve escalations quickly, maintaining transparency and trust with stakeholders.
• Drive operational governance across documentation, communication, approvals, and risk management.
4. Cross Functional Leadership
• Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Animation, Development, Production, and Audio teams.
• Ensure each project reflects Identifiable's quality standards and creative clarity.
• Facilitate alignment between internal teams and client leadership.
• Mentor account managers and junior client leads; build best in class account operations.
5. Quality, Innovation & Thought Leadership
• Introduce frameworks, processes, and methodologies that elevate our client experience.
• Help shape Identifiable's enterprise playbook (CX, reporting, governance, transformation).
• Represent the agency in high level client presentations, workshops, and executive sessions.
• Advocate for innovation across immersive tech, digital platforms, brand strategy, and multi sensory storytelling.
Required Experience
• 7–12 years in Account Management, Client Services, Business Consulting, or Program Management.
• Experience leading enterprise clients within creative agencies, digital studios, consulting firms, or tech companies.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, creative production, digital/web platforms, and integrated campaigns.
• Proven track record in owning large accounts, multi million portfolios, and cross functional delivery teams.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into structured plans and compelling creative directions.
• Comfortable interfacing with C level leaders, investors, government clients, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and relationship management skills.
• Experience with multi market or global accounts is a strong advantage.
