Position Summary

The Digital Sales & CRM Coordinator will join the team remotely. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong sales ability, and proficiency in digital tools to ensure world-class service. Key responsibilities include converting online inquiries into sales, managing leads in the CRM, coordinating with the quotation team, and following up to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to all direct messages, inquiries, and emails within a maximum of 5 minutes during working hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST).
  • Enter all inquiries and leads into CRM tools, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Collect basic client requirements (e.g., custom jewelry design details, budget, preferences).
  • Inform clients about current promotions and value-added offers.
  • Coordinate with the quotation team to prepare and send pricing via Quotient software.
  • Forward quotes to clients via email and schedule follow-up calls.
  • Set up and manage phone consultations with clients, ensuring the sales team is fully prepared.
  • Follow up with previous leads to re-engage and maximize conversion rates.
  • Work closely with management to hit sales targets and achieve commission bonuses.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English with minimal to no accent in spoken communication.
  • Strong sales skills with proven experience in closing deals or lead nurturing.
  • Proficiency with digital tools such as CRM platforms, Quotient, AI productivity tools, and communication software.
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads at once and work under time-sensitive conditions.
  • Highly responsive and reliable.
  • Experience in jewelry, luxury goods, or high-ticket sales is preferred but not required.

Compensation

  • Base Salary (commensurate with experience).
  • Commission structure based on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
