Planlab Solutions is currently seeking a talented and driven Business Developer and Upwork Bidder to join our team at our Lahore office. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities and securing projects through Upwork and other relevant platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively search for new business opportunities through Upwork and other channels.
  • Identify potential clients and projects that align with our company's expertise and objectives.
  • Prepare and submit compelling proposals and bids to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to develop effective strategies for winning projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to identify emerging opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Developer, Sales Executive, or similar role, preferably in an on-site setting.
  • In-depth understanding of the Upwork platform and its bidding processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to craft persuasive proposals and effectively engage with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business development.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
