What We're Looking For

As a Technical Operations Manager, your mission is to make sure our campaigns never slow down. You'll:

• Build accurate, high-volume lead lists from platforms like Apollo, Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Google Maps, Yelp, industry directories.
• Know which data sources match which niches (e.g., SaaS funded → Apollo + Crunchbase, not Google Maps).
• Master Clay operations
  : Build complex personalization workflows, create data enrichment prompts using prompt engineering, set up conditional formatting and formulas, manage workbook tables, and maintain organized Clay structures to prevent workflow chaos.
• Maintain email deliverability health: monitor bounce/reply rates, test domains, and apply best practices for warming, testing, and inbox setup.
• Manage campaign execution on Email Bison (email) and GoHighLevel (SMS), ensuring input KPIs are met daily.
• Troubleshoot operational issues quickly (paused campaigns, SMS not sending, domain problems) using AI tools, internal playbooks, or platform support.
• Collaborate with Outbound Managers and Customer Success Manager to keep client delivery seamless.

What Makes You a Fit

• Excellent understanding of list building, lead scoring, cleaning, and enrichment.
• Advanced Clay expertise with proven experience in workflow creation, prompt engineering for AI-powered data enrichment, conditional formatting, formula creation, and workbook organization best practices.
• Familiarity with cold email platforms like Instantly, Smartlead and etc.
• Familiarity with deliverability terms (bounce rate, reply rate, inboxing tests, spam triggers).
• Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills.
• Tech-savviness and ability to adapt to new tools quickly.
• Technical and problem-solving mindset
   with exceptional attention to detail and proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Reliability, consistency, and a strong sense of ownership.

As a Technical Operations Manager, Your Responsibilities Include:

• Client Onboarding
• Email/SMS campaign management for 18-20 clients
• Building & QA'ing lead lists to maximize TAM.
• Creating and managing Clay workflows for data enrichment and personalization, including prompt engineering and workbook organization.
• Managing deliverability tests, warming processes, and inbox/domain health.
• Troubleshooting ops and platform issues.
• Updating internal dashboards and processes as needed.
• Following SOPs and using playbooks to keep delivery consistent.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with GoHighLevel (SMS campaigns).
• Prior exposure to troubleshooting email/SMS delivery issues.
