Role Overview:

Job Requirements:

The Operation Executive will oversee the complete Milkman operation from procurement and packaging to online sales, delivery logistics, and marketing execution. This role demands a hands-on professional with experience in dairy sales and distribution, capable of leading cross-functional teams and ensuring smooth daily operations. And will be accountable for the entire customer journey, operational efficiency, and business growth through strong coordination across supply chain, B2B sales, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Supply Chain

• Manage end-to-end milk operations, including procurement, chilling, packaging, and dispatch.
• Ensure balance between supply and sales demand with minimal wastage.
• Maintain cold chain standards and implement 5S across storage, packing, and delivery points.
• Oversee route planning, delivery scheduling, and rider fleet performance.
• Monitor resource utilization, fuel efficiency, and delivery SLAs.

2. Online Sales & Customer Experience

• Oversee daily online sales through website, app, and WhatsApp ordering platforms.
• Ensure timely deliveries, accurate order fulfillment, and smooth payment processing.
• Coordinate with customer support to resolve complaints and improve service quality.
• Monitor subscription renewals, customer retention, and feedback for growth opportunities.

3. Marketing & Business Development

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotions and campaigns.
• Lead B2B sales efforts, targeting offices, cafés, restaurants, and institutions.
• Build new client relationships and expand distribution channels strategically.
• Analyze customer insights and suggest new packaging, bundle, or market initiatives.

4. Reporting & Planning

• Maintain operational dashboards covering sales, delivery success rates, and stock levels.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports for management on performance and profitability.
• Track costs, route efficiency, and ROI of marketing campaigns.
• Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.

5. 
Team Leadership & Compliance

• Supervise delivery riders, warehouse staff, and marketing/sales teams.
• Conduct daily briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Enforce hygiene, food safety, and operational SOPs at all times.
• Promote discipline, teamwork, and punctuality across all functions.

6. Quality Control & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure consistent milk quality, packaging integrity, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor temperature logs and delivery hygiene compliance.
• Address customer feedback promptly and implement corrective measures.
• Coordinate with procurement and production to maintain product excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Marketing (mandatory).
• 3-5 years of experience in dairy sales, FMCG operations, or delivery-based businesses.
• Strong understanding of cold chain logistics and last-mile delivery.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online delivery management tools.
• Proven record of managing teams and meeting performance targets.

Other Details:

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:00 am to 5:pm)

Location: Karachi, Korangi

Benefit: Annual bonus, half-yearly bonus (target-based), fuel allowance, phone allowance.
