Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated
Network Support Associate/Intern
to join our IT team. The role involves assisting in the configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network devices and systems, while also providing basic technical support to end-users. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals with strong networking fundamentals who are eager to gain hands-on experience. The candidate will work closely with senior IT staff, gaining exposure to global projects, advanced technologies, and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in configuring and troubleshooting network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
  • Monitor network performance and escalate issues to senior IT staff.
  • Provide basic technical support to users (LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity issues).
  • Assist in maintaining and updating network documentation.
  • Support IT hardware tasks such as laptop repairs, cabling, and patch panel management.
  • Perform basic hardware and software repairs and maintenance as required.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS, IP addressing).
  • Familiarity with routers and switches (MikroTik, Cisco, etc. is a plus).
  • CCNA or CCNP certification
    preferred; must have clear networking concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Information Technology (BSIT)
    or
    Computer Science (BSCS)
    .
  • Networking certifications (CCNA & CCNP preferred).
