Networking & IT Support Executive

Purpose
The position is responsible for providing network and system support to ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, and coordination to uphold the company's IT infrastructure, data security, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day IT network and system support activities across all locations.
Troubleshoot network connectivity, user access, and hardware/software issues.
Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and network equipment.
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and IT-related services.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security, and backup protocols.
Assist in maintaining LAN/WAN, firewall configurations, and access management.
Provide timely support to users and ensure minimum system downtime.
Qualification & Skills
Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in networking and IT support.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on knowledge of LAN/WAN setup, IP addressing, and troubleshooting.
Experience in network configurations, hardware support, and system security.
Familiarity with Windows servers, firewalls, and network monitoring tools.
