About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Social Media Marketer to lead our brand's online presence, drive engagement, and grow our audience across multiple platforms. This role involves developing data-driven campaigns, managing a social media team, and collaborating with marketing, design, and content teams to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals
  • Manage and grow social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Create and oversee engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, videos, and live sessions
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations
  • Lead paid social advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, and ROI analysis
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Manage and mentor junior social media team members
  • Respond to audience interactions, inquiries, and feedback in a timely manner
  • Implement influencer marketing and brand collaboration strategies

Requirements:

  • 2–3+ years of proven social media marketing experience (agency or in-house)
  • Strong portfolio of successful campaigns and content creation
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics
  • Proficiency with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Canva, etc.)
  • Experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
