Basic Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated expertise in building robust, production-grade applications
• Substantial professional experience integrating Large Language Models into commercial software products in sophisticated ways (Note: Basic chatbot implementation or simple coding assistant experience alone is insufficient)
• Genuine passion for and demonstrated interest in educational technology, with an understanding of how technology can enhance learning outcomes
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex educational needs into technical AI solutions
• Experience with prompt engineering and optimizing AI workflows for specific domain applications

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
