Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior management and project teams with coordination, communication, and data collection.
- Schedule and organize meetings, maintain team calendars, and track important deadlines.
- Support administrative tasks, documentation, and workflow organization.
- Attend internal and client meetings, take comprehensive notes, and distribute meeting minutes.
- Contribute to creating project plans and maintaining work breakdown structures (WBS).
- Ensure project data is well-organized and assist in streamlining processes for efficiency.
- Follow up with team members to monitor task completion and deadlines.
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables to keep projects on schedule.
- Help identify opportunities to boost productivity and reduce project costs.
- Learn and apply tools such as MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel to support project activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (BSCS, MCS, C.E, S.E) — recent graduates welcome.
- Minimum of 1 year of industry experience.
- Strong interest in project coordination and management.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint; MS Project is a plus).
- Good communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced software company environment.
