Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator & QA Specialist will oversee project workflows, coordinate between cross-functional teams, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage timelines, track progress, and conduct thorough quality assurance checks across digital marketing, SEO, content, and development projects. The ideal candidate will balance organizational skills with technical QA expertise to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple teams (SEO, content, design, and development).
• Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and bottlenecks are addressed proactively.
• Track project progress, identify risks or delays, and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks on websites, landing pages, campaigns, and digital deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Test website functionality, usability, mobile responsiveness, and performance across different devices and browsers.
• Verify SEO implementations (meta tags, schema markup, on-page optimizations, internal linking) for accuracy.
• Review content deliverables for formatting, grammar, and brand consistency.
• Document QA findings, report issues clearly, and follow up with teams until resolved.
• Ensure all deliverables align with client requirements, internal quality standards, and project objectives.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including task lists, reports, and workflow guides.
• Support the development and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and quality across teams.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to identify opportunities for automation, better tools, and improved QA methodologies.

Skills Required

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or quality assurance within a digital marketing, IT, or web development environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in QA testing for websites, landing pages, and digital marketing deliverables.
• Familiarity with SEO basics, web analytics, and digital marketing workflows.
• Knowledge of tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira, or similar project management platforms.
• Strong understanding of QA processes, test plans, and bug-tracking tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate between technical and non-technical teams.
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for accuracy, consistency, and usability.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate risks and provide solutions.
• Ability to balance deadlines with quality assurance standards.

Must-Have

• Prior experience in both project coordination and QA testing roles.
• Strong time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of cross-browser and cross-device testing.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify.
• Ability to write clear QA documentation and communicate issues effectively.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Working Hours

06:00 AM – 03:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri)Hybrid Shift for Females: Female employees can leave the office around 09:00 PM PKT and complete the remainder of their shift remotely from home.Time is subject to change to accommodate daylight savings.
