We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Project Coordinator Intern
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn project management practices, enhance organizational skills, and gain hands-on experience working on real projects in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating digital marketing and web/app development projects from initiation to completion.
  • Support project managers in preparing schedules, reports, and client updates.
  • Help manage project timelines, deliverables, and task assignments using tools like , Trello, or Asana.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Track progress of campaigns, websites, and development tasks, highlighting delays or risks.
  • Participate in internal meetings, document action items, and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in quality checks of deliverables (content, creatives, websites, campaigns) before client submission.
  • Perform research and competitor analysis to support digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, web development, or project workflows.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., , Trello, Slack, Google Workspace).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Docs/Sheets.
  • A positive, proactive, and detail-oriented attitude.
