As an Associate Growth Executive, you will be pivotal in fostering new client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and contributing to our sales strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new sales leads through various platforms, including LinkedIn and industry events.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges and present tailored solutions.
- Nurture relationships with prospects to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our services and how they can benefit clients.
- Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Generate reports on sales activity and market feedback to management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 6 Months to 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to persuade clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM - 3 AM).
