About the Role:

Prime Auto Movers is expanding its auto transport and car shipping operations across the USA and is seeking experienced Customer Service Agents to support clients and ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate auto shipping information.

Support customers throughout the shipping process (from booking to delivery).

Coordinate with carriers and sales teams to resolve customer concerns.

Maintain high levels of professionalism and client satisfaction.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and service issues.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in auto transport, trucking, or logistics.

Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).

Ability to multitask and work with US-based clients.

Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
