Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch Coordination:

  • Plan, schedule, and dispatch transport vehicles in coordination with driver availability and delivery timelines
  • Monitor driver routes and delivery progress in real-time, addressing any delays or rerouting needs promptly
  • Maintain constant communication with drivers to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
  • Update dispatch records and logs accurately for internal reporting

Customer Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding bookings, inquiries, and transport updates
  • Handle customer complaints and provide prompt resolutions with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Assist customers with service-related queries, changes, or cancellations
  • Ensure a smooth customer journey from initial inquiry to post-transport follow-up

Coordination & Reporting:

  • Liaise with the operations, sales, and logistics teams to ensure clear communication and efficient service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, including lead management and customer interaction history
  • Generate daily reports on dispatch activity and customer feedback for internal analysis

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of experience in dispatching and/or customer support, preferably in transport or logistics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using dispatch and CRM tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Problem-solver with a proactive attitude and attention to detail
