Social Global Co is a UK-based entertainment company with a vast following of millions of subscribers on YouTube. We specialize in producing engaging and high-quality content for our own YouTube projects, as well as for international clients. Currently, We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead our brand's online presence with creativity. This role requires hands-on expertise in managing Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, staying ahead of trends, and engaging with a highly active audience. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader who can manage teams, build influencer collaborations, and drive impactful digital strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee monthly content plans, ensuring consistency, personalization, and client preference alignment.
  • Manage social media presence for global clients across the world in a variety of industries.
  • Innovate and launch new initiatives to improve engagement, quality, and workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborate with design and client success teams for content creation, approvals, and on-brand visuals.
  • Ensure all content passes QA checks for spelling, formatting, links, and plateform specific rules before publishing.
  • Research trends, holidays, and industry topics for relevant, engaging content ideas.
  • Schedule approved content across platforms using social media scheduling tools.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews, messages, and mentions to support reputation management.
  • Track KPIs for content accuracy, timeliness, and engagement metrics; prepare performance documentation.
  • Stay updated on algorithm changes, platform updates, and best practices, adjust strategies proactively.
  • Research trends, holidays, and industry topics for relevant, engaging content ideas

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience managing social media for multiple clients.
  • Strong attention to detail; zero tolerance for errors in content accuracy or scheduling.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and native platform managers.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication.
  • Knowledge of reputation management and evolving digital trends.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles for social content visibility.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to propose and lead new digital initiatives.
  • Adaptability to changing algorithms, new tools, and emerging digital best practices.
