Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Social Media Marketing Expert with a strong command of paid advertising across all major social media platforms — especially Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat, and TikTok. This role requires a creative yet analytical mindset to plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.


• Set up and manage ad accounts, pixels, events, and conversions for performance tracking.


• Create compelling ad creatives and write engaging copy for various target audiences.


• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.


• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.


• Prepare regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations.


• Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and sales teams to align campaign objectives.


• Stay updated with algorithm changes, platform policies, and new advertising features.

Requirements:


• Proven 2+ years of experience in paid social media advertising.


• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.


• Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.).


• Ability to interpret campaign data and adjust strategies accordingly.


• Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.


• Experience in healthcare, beauty, or service industries is a plus.

Preferred Skills:


• Video ad editing (basic or with team collaboration).


• Experience with CRM or lead generation workflows (Bitrix, Hubspot, etc.).


• Google Ads or SEO knowledge is a bonus.
