Job Title: Senior Lead Generation Expert

Timing 4pm-12am

Location: Bahria Intellectual Village, Phase 7 Bahria Town, Rawalpindi

Role Overview:

As a Senior Lead Generation Expert, you'll play a key role in designing, executing, and optimizing outbound lead generation campaigns. You'll work closely with sales and marketing teams to fill the pipeline with high-quality leads and explore new avenues for customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies targeting key industries and decision-makers
  • Research and build lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , ZoomInfo, Hunter, etc.
  • Launch and manage personalized outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better conversion rates
  • Identify trends and new market opportunities
  • Align with sales on lead qualification and handoff processes
  • Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
  • Mentor and guide junior lead generation staff (if applicable)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field
  • 5+ years of B2B lead generation experience (preferably in IT or software services)
  • Proficiency in lead generation tools and email automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of ICP development and segmentation
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A proactive, self-driven attitude
