be required to do supervision and follow guidelines by senior management, FAN reporting and service KPIs management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • FAN reporting and service KPIs management

  • TD/SQL script writing skills and professional knowledge

  • Dashboard development and KPIs performance monitoring

  • Regional reporting an ad-hoc management reporting and analysis
  • Regional communication and provision of support Management reporting and power point presentation with descriptive analysis.
  • daily-weekly-monthly reporting of all service KPIs.

Qualification:

  • Bachelors in Computer science or telecommunication eng, BS or MS.

Technical
Competencies

  • TD/SQL script writing skills
  • MS office suit
  • CRM and portal management
