
Time & Attendance Coordinator (HR Assistant)

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Time & Attendance Coordinator to monitor, record, and manage the working hours of our factory employees based in the UK and US. The role ensures accurate attendance tracking, compliance with schedules, and timely reporting to management.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and record daily attendance and working hours of UK-based factory workers in SAP.
Cross check timesheets filled by employee and time logged on jobs to
Review discrepancies between budgeted time for each job and time recorded by the floor workers on a prescribed schedule.
Escalation and follow up of discrepancies with UK based Managers for timely resolution.
Develop reports on time incurred on non-productive activities and compare against the filled timesheets by each employee.
Prepare and share accurate timekeeping reports with Management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or a related field (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in HR operations, timekeeping, or workforce management (fresh graduates with strong skills may also apply).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Good communication skills (verbal & written) to coordinate with UK teams.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets; experience with HRIS or time tracking systems is a plus.
Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently
