Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Radisson BLU Murree, located in Islamabad. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance and executive support, managing expense reports, overseeing diary management, and general administrative assistance. This individual will facilitate the CEO's daily schedule, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, and ensure smooth communication and operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
  • Proficiency in managing Expense Reports and Diary Management
  • Strong Administrative Assistance skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
