Role Summary

Livedin is building the largest tech-enabled short-term rental operating platform in Saudi Arabia. As we expand across cities, decisions must be driven by data discipline, systemized insights, and operational intelligence.

We are hiring a Data Analyst in the BI team to support performance reporting, dashboard building, experimentation, and KPI tracking across the business — revenue, sales, ops, host experience, and product.

This is a
hands-on execution role

— not a back-office reporting clerk.

We are looking for someone who is curious, structured, hungry to learn, and who can convert data into output the business can act on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data analysis -- Pull data sets, extract insights, structure performance trends
  • Reporting -- Build automated dashboards on Metabase / PowerBI / Tableau
  • Data cleaning -- Ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness of data sources
  • KPI tracking -- Manage weekly KPI reporting cadence across teams
  • Cohort models -- Build and analyze cohorts & trends
  • Experiments -- Support A/B testing & impact measurement
  • Ad-hoc deep dives -- "Investigate the why" behind performance changes

Requirements

  • 1–2 years experience in analytics / data / business intelligence
  • Strong SQL, Excel, Google Sheets fundamentals (we will test)
  • Experience with BI tools (Metabase, PowerBI, or Tableau)
  • Ability to translate raw data → clear business narrative
