Role Description

Are you passionate about numbers, detail-oriented, and looking to grow your career in finance?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Finance & Accounts Executive
to join our dynamic team in Pakistan. This pivotal role involves managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring stringent compliance with Pakistani tax laws, and actively supporting all audit processes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical acumen, hands-on experience with accounting systems (preferably Odoo), and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.

1. Financial Reporting & Budgeting

Prepare and review financial statements, develop organisational budgets, and monitor cash flows. Ensure accuracy and compliance.

2. Tax Compliance & Audit

Manage all tax matters including income tax, sales tax, and withholding tax. Coordinate corporate tax filings with FBR and external auditors.

3. Daily Operations & Reconciliation

Oversee daily financial transactions, including payment vouchers, sales reports, and journal entries. Maintain vendor/customer accounts and perform bank reconciliations within Odoo ERP.

4. Payroll Management

Prepare payroll with accurate tax deductions and timely disbursement. Maintain precise employee financial records, including attendance and tax filings.

5. Customer Follow-Up & Recovery

Actively follow up with customers for
payment recovery
, maintain strong professional communication, and ensure timely collection while preserving positive client relationships.

Qualifications & Experience

  • CA / ICMA / ACCA finalist, or MBA/M.Com/BBA/B.Com in Finance/Accounting.
  • 3–4 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
  • Proficiency in
    Odoo ERP
    or similar accounting software is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Pakistani tax laws and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent
    communication and follow-up skills
    , especially for customer recovery.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail.
