Jr. Accounts Officer

About the Role

We're hiring an Jr. Accounts Officer to manage financial records, ensure accurate transactions, and support compliance. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proficient in accounting software, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update financial records (ledgers, journals, invoices, etc.).
  • Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Handle payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.

Requirements

  • B. Com, BBA or equivalent.
  • 0-6 months of experience; proficiency in Excel and Odoo.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preference will be given to those, who are residing nearby.
