Role Overview:

We are looking for a digital marketing professional who can own the entire funnel — from campaign ideation to execution and reporting. You'll lead our performance marketing efforts, working closely with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and strategies that drive conversions and deliver consistent ROAS improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Research:

Conduct thorough market and competitor research to identify profitable campaign opportunities and audience targeting strategies. Review and manage user-generated content according to the moderation policy

Campaign Setup & Optimization:

Plan, build, and manage ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube, and other platforms.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Track KPIs such as ROAS, and CTR. Generate reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with design and content teams to craft high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging.

Conversion Tracking & Analytics:

Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixel implementations, GA4 reporting, and attribution models.

Thought Leadership:

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates. Share insights and suggest improvements proactively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and paid media.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (including YouTube).
  • Deep understanding of conversion tracking, campaign analytics, and performance metrics.
  • Proven experience in driving measurable ROAS through data-driven strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative mindset with a sharp eye for ad messaging and audience psychology.
