Role Description

We are looking for a
Performance Marketing Specialist
to join our growing team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
e-commerce performance marketing
, with hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing
Meta Ads
and
Google Ads
campaigns. This role requires someone who is results-driven, analytical, and creative in driving ROI-focused strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across
    Meta Ads
    and
    Google Ads
    .
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring KPIs and ROAS targets are achieved.
  • Develop strategies to scale e-commerce performance marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience
    in e-commerce performance marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise
    with Meta Ads & Google Ads.
  • Meta Ads Certification & Google Ads Certification (mandatory).
  • Must have a
    portfolio/insights of past work
    to demonstrate results
    (mandatory).
  • Must be available
    full-time, onsite in Karachi.
