We are looking for an experienced
Technical Project Manager

to join our software development team. The role requires a strong background in managing technical projects, a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage software development projects throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Apply Agile methodologies effectively, ensuring teams follow best practices.
  • Facilitate Scrum processes, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Oversee product enhancements, new product development, and feature releases.
  • Ensure project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to maintain alignment with business goals.
  • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with software development teams.
  • Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in Scrum practices (Sprint Planning, Stand-Ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience in managing SaaS products.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
  • PMP Certification is preferred.
  • Experience in developing or managing CRM/ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
