About the Role

i-Care Foundation is seeking a
Senior Manager – Programs & Donor Engagement
based in Karachi. This is a mid-senior leadership role responsible for strengthening partnerships with charities and donors, driving sustainable philanthropic growth, and ensuring operational excellence. Success in this role means building a trusted network of partners, creating an exceptional donor experience, and leading a motivated team to deliver measurable social impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and due diligence of charity partners with a focus on transparency and accountability
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with charities, donors, and key stakeholders
  • Oversee grant disbursement, monitoring, and reporting to ensure funds are used effectively
  • Enhance the donor journey through dashboards, reports, and personalized engagement
  • Develop compelling proposals and research content to position i-Care as a thought leader
  • Expand networks with diaspora, alumni, and student groups to grow outreach
  • Mentor and manage a team to deliver excellence in program execution

Qualifications

  • 7–14 years of experience in the social/development sector
  • Strong stakeholder and team management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to design new initiatives and build effective processes
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Social Sciences, Development, Management, or related fields
  • Passion for social change and impact-driven work
