Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and generating high revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent results.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven sales management experience.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
- Target-oriented with a passion for growth.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: PKR 100,000/month
- Performance-based Commission
