About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Islamabad (Gulberg Greens, onsite). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing sales teams, generating revenue, handling international clients, and working across multiple campaigns.

Note: This is not a call center position. We are looking for a professional Sales Manager with international exposure and leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for both B2B and B2C clients
  • Generate new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with key clients
  • Handle international clients and Gulf-based projects with confidence
  • Work on diverse campaigns including banking, finance, accounting, real estate, and corporate sales
  • Utilize CRM tools and Excel for effective sales tracking, reporting, and pipeline management
  • Monitor team KPIs, ensure accountability, and prepare detailed sales reports
  • Work effectively under pressure while motivating the team

Requirements

  • 6–7 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a team leadership/managerial role
  • Strong background in international sales (B2B & B2C) with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in handling Gulf-region clients is a major plus
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, Excel, and reporting tools
  • Confident, result-oriented, and able to lead diverse campaigns
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Clear, professional English accent (Arabic knowledge is a plus)
