Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Recruitment Manager based in Multan. The Sales & Recruitment Manager will be responsible for leading the recruitment process, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring the sales team achieves its targets. Daily tasks may include interviewing potential candidates, training new employees, analyzing sales performance, and providing feedback to improve outreach efforts.

  • Skilled in Recruitment and Employee Training processes
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Analytical Abilities and Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Leadership and Team Management Skills
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or related field
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
