What You'll Do

  • Provide expert
    on-site diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair
    for a variety of IT equipment, with a special focus on
    laptops and printers
    .
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware (desktops, laptops, peripherals).
  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Document all service and repair actions thoroughly.

What You'll Bring

  • A minimum of
    1 year of proven experience
    in an IT Support or Field Service Technician role.
  • Strong proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hardware issues for
    laptops, desktop computers, and laser/inkjet printers
    .
  • Experience with operating system installation and configuration (Windows and/or macOS).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have your own motorcycle/scooter
    for quick and efficient travel to client sites.
