Job Vacancy Announcement – IT Support & Software Technician
A well known fashion designing company, located in DHA Karachi, is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support & Software Technician to join our dynamic team.
Position: IT Support & Software Technician
Location: DHA, Karachi
Industry: Fashion Designing / Luxury Retail
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, POS systems, and printers.
- Manage data backups, system updates, and network security.
- Support digital tools and software used in fashion design and production.
- Coordinate with management for system improvements and automation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT / Computer Science.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred (fashion or retail background will be a plus).
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and basic software troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
