RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

· Diagnose and resolve technical problems both remotely and on-site.

· Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.

· Administer user accounts, permissions, and security policies.

· Expertise in
VMware ESXi
for virtualized environments and
Veeam Backup & Replication
for disaster recovery.

· Maintain
Active Directory
, including domains, OUs, and user/group management.

· Conduct system backups and ensure data recovery processes.

· Collaborate with IT Team Lead and vendors for procurement and solutions.

· Implement cybersecurity measures and stay updated on threats.

· Document IT procedures, user guides, and best practices.

· Install, configure, and maintain servers, hardware, and software.

· Monitor network security and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

· Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure up-to-date software.

· Configure and support printers, scanners, and peripherals.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred. Relevant IT certifications.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networks.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Windows Server, Linux, and Microsoft Office.
  • Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi & Veeam Backup & Replication.
  • Networking knowledge, including CISCO and Mikrotik.
  • Cybersecurity awareness and best practices.
  • Experience managing Active Directory structures.
