About Us

We are a leading Facilities Management Service Provider in UAE, delivering reliable and high-quality services to our clients. We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Scheduling & Vendor Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage client services to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients for appointments, rescheduling, and service updates.
  • Liaise with vendors to assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Work with the customer support team with service-related queries and escalations.
  • Manage vendor onboarding (documentation, orientation, compliance checks).
  • Cold call and engage prospective vendors to onboard them into our network (approx. 4–5 hrs/week).
  • Maintain accurate records of schedules, vendors, and client interactions.
  • Contribute to improving service processes and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience in scheduling, operations, or coordination roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling/CRM tools.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and vendor engagement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle client/vendor queries professionally.
  • Ability to work from 2:00PM - 6:30PM PKT.
