About the Program

We are building a real-world SaaS product and inviting motivated Project Coordinator Interns to join our remote team for a 3-month internship. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on project management experience while working directly with a senior software architect with 15+ years of industry experience.

As a Coordinator Intern, you will act as the bridge between the technical team and leadership, helping to keep our project organized, efficient, and on track.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and update the project board (Trello/Jira/ClickUp).
  • Organize and lead daily check-ins/standups with interns.
  • Track progress, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collect blockers from interns and escalate important issues to the lead architect.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports and summaries.
  • Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across the team.

Internship Details

  • Duration: 3 months
  • Time Commitment: ~20 hours per week (flexible schedule, but consistent weekly hours required)
  • Mode: 100% Remote
  • Tools Used: Jira/Trello/ClickUp, Slack/Discord, Google Workspace, GitHub/GitLab (for coordination).

Requirements

  • Education: MBA in Project Management / BBA / or BS in Software Engineering / Computer Science with strong interest in project coordination.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Ability to motivate a team and keep tasks moving forward.
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Equipment: Personal PC/Laptop + reliable high-speed internet.
  • Availability: Consistent 20 hours/week for the full 3 months.
